Platform overview

From the machine to the decision, in one platform.

Nisthora is built in layers. Each layer does one job well, and the data flows from your machines to the people who act on it in seconds.

Design principles

Why plants trust the numbers.

Every reading stored once

Readings are never lost and never counted twice. A piece count read twice would double your production on paper.

Report by exception

A steady reading is only re-sent on a schedule, so the network stays quiet. Counters are always sent in full.

Production gates the data

Machine data counts towards OEE only while a batch is running, so idle time does not spoil the numbers.

Your plant's own history

Anomaly and predictive models learn from your machines, not from someone else's sample data.

Self-service setup

Machines, lines, shifts, products and alerts are all set up on screen by a technician.

One product, many plants

The same product runs every client. Each company's data is kept fully apart.

Works on a phone, a PC and a TV

Dashboards fit any screen. Shop floor TVs show a live board without anyone logging in.

Open

Data flows out through MQTT, webhooks, REST and ERP connectors. Your data stays yours.
