Why we built Nisthora
Most plants still run on paper log sheets, end-of-shift reports and memory. A machine stops, someone writes a reason at the end of the shift, and the real cause is lost. The numbers arrive the next day, when it is too late to act.
We built Nisthora so that every machine reports for itself, every stop has a reason tapped at the machine, and the right people know in seconds. Then we added the tools to find out why: downtime analysis, anomaly detection, predictive analysis and root cause analysis.

Nisthora is one product used by many plants. Each plant is set up through screens by a technician, not by developers writing custom code. That keeps every client on the same, tested product, and means improvements reach everyone.
