Maintenance forecast

Know which machine needs maintenance in the next 30 days, and why.

Nisthora watches your machines' sensor values. When they stop looking normal, it tells you which machine needs maintenance, roughly how many days you have, and what in the readings is driving it. You plan the stop before the breakdown plans it for you.

How it works

From sensor values to a planned stop.

  1. Watch

Nisthora reads every sensor on every machine, all day, through Nisthora Edge.

  2. Spot

Anomaly detection flags readings that are not normal for that machine.

  3. Forecast

Predictive analysis looks 30 days ahead and estimates how many days are left before trouble.

  4. Plan

You plan the maintenance stop at a good time, such as between batches, instead of losing a shift to a breakdown.

The maintenance notice

A clear message, not a chart to decode.

For each machine at risk, Nisthora shows the predicted time to failure in days and the reasons, written in plain words from the readings that drove the forecast.

  • Within 7 days: urgent. Plan the stop now.
  • Within 30 days: plan it soon, at a time that suits production.
  • No risk found: nothing to do. Keep running.

The reasons matter. "Bearing temperature rising" sends the right engineer with the right spare part, instead of a general inspection.

Predicted time to failure

Why

  • Bearing temperature has been rising steadily
  • Vibration is more variable than usual for this press
Illustration of a maintenance notice. Within 7 days is shown as urgent; within 30 days as plan soon.
Why plan, not wait

Planned maintenance beats a breakdown.

Clear about our role

Nisthora tells you what, why and by when.

Your maintenance team does the work in its own way, with its own tools. Nisthora's job is to tell them which machine, what the readings show, and how soon, then confirm the readings are back to normal afterwards.
